About the job Data Analysis Specialist
Experience of working with employee surveys and related tools and approaches
Strong track record in designing, producing and delivering impactful surveys.
Experience in using measurement, data, analytics and insight in relation to communication and engagement activity
Excellent analytics and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills to convey complex findings to diverse audience
Ability to analyse existing tools and databases and provide recommendations
Strong Business Intelligence (BI) analysis background
Excellent command of the English language
PC literate
Proficiency in primary and secondary research methodologies
Ability to present work quickly and accurately, under pressure and to deadline
Resilient and adaptable
Willing to work occasionally long/unsocial hours to meet the needs of the business
Demonstrate creative flair and innovative thinking
