Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of a property portfolio, ensuring smooth functioning and tenant satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
- Manage all financial aspects of properties, including budgeting, rent collection, and expense control.
- Coordinate and supervise all maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and safe.
Desired Candidate Profile
•Bachelor’s degree in Property Management/Engineering/similar from a recognized university
•Master’s degree in similar field
•10+ years’ overall experience in Gulf Countries in Mega Mixed Development or similar
type of Projects similar capacity with Property Management for large scale projects.
