The Program This is a 3-month on-site training program at our Lusail office where you will work on real projects with real clients under the guidance of senior developers. This is not a classroom course — you will be embedded in the development team from day one, building actual features and solving actual problems. At the end of the 3 months, top performers will receive a full-time job offer based on their technical growth, commitment, problem-solving ability, and overall contribution.
