Key Responsibilities
Lead daily business operations. Execute company strategy and achieve business goals. Improve operational efficiency and business performance. Drive revenue growth and process improvements. Monitor KPIs and departmental performance. Lead and develop department heads. Ensure excellent customer service and operational excellence. Implement SOPs and digital systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Support the Founder in business growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Strategic planning and operational leadership Business development and revenue growth Team leadership and people management Process improvement and performance management Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Proficiency in ERP, CRM, Microsoft Office, and reporting tool Fluent in English (Mandatory) Arabic is an added advantage
