OISSG Consultancy is seeking a highly experienced Business Continuity & Emergency Response Risk Management Expert to join a strategic government transformation project in Qatar.
The selected expert will contribute to redesigning and enhancing emergency response procedures while developing an integrated operational risk management and business continuity framework aligned with international best practices.
Key Responsibilities• Develop the Emergency Response Risk Management Framework.• Conduct Operational Risk Assessments.• Develop Risk Registers and Risk Treatment Plans.• Perform Business Impact Analysis (BIA).• Develop Business Continuity Plans (BCP).• Identify Critical Activities and Recovery Strategies.• Support Emergency Response Process Reengineering initiatives.• Facilitate stakeholder workshops.• Participate in emergency simulation exercises.• Ensure alignment with ISO 22301 and global best practices.
Requirements✔ Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.✔ Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.✔ Strong background in Business Continuity and Operational Risk Management.✔ Previous experience delivering government-sector projects is highly preferred.✔ Professional certifications such as CBCI, ISO 22301, PMI-RMP, or ISO 31000 are highly desirable.✔ Fluent in both Arabic and English (Arabic is mandatory).
✔ Currently residing in the State of Qatar.
✔ Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
