Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in water meter installation or related utility works.. Proficiency in water meter installation, operation, and maintenance. Strong knowledge of water distribution systems and smart metering technologies. Knowledge of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) management practices. Experience in testing, commissioning, and verification of utility metering systems. Ability to work in site-based environments with frequent inspections andsupervision. Written and spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
