We are looking for a Project Manager with the following details :

Location : Doha, Qatar
Work Scheme : Residential, single
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Dec 2027

• Lead and oversee the Headquarters Relocation project, ensuring delivery against approved milestones, deliverables, timelines, and operational constraints. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, compliance, and sustainability initiatives, with a focus on high-quality delivery across all phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements

• Total Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years

• Relevant Experience Required: Minimum of 10+ years of relevant project management experience with demonstrated leadership in complex, large-scale projects

• Industry-Specific Experience: Proven experience in delivering major capital projects, including office buildings, corporate headquarters, corporate developments in Qatar. Extensive experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments, preferably on projects exceeding 25,000 sqm in scale and high operational impact

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification Required: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline

• Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or an equivalent qualification are mandatory
