The System admin planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities across mechanical, electrical, industrial, or IT systems. The role ensures work orders are efficiently executed, maintenance data is accurately analyzed, and KPIs are generated to support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, monitor, and update maintenance schedules for preventive, predictive, and corrective activities. Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, track, and report maintenance work orders. Analyze maintenance data to generate accurate reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Manage multiple priorities, ensuring maintenance objectives are met efficiently. Maintain inventory records and assist in spare parts management as needed.
Requirements:Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting) Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Power Point) Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIsStrong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices – preferred with maintenance experience Strong English written and speaking Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
