Job Details

Abaad Real Estate is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Leasing Team Lead to manage, guide, and support our sales and leasing consultants. The role is responsible for driving team performance, achieving leasing targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high standards of service throughout the property leasing process.
Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise the sales and leasing team to achieve monthly targets. Monitor property inquiries, leads, viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Support team members in client handling, property presentations, and closing transactions. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property owners, tenants, and corporate clients. Ensure accurate property listings, availability updates, and proper follow-up on all leads. Prepare sales and leasing performance reports for management. Maintain compliance with company procedures and applicable real estate requirements in Qatar. Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of team members.
Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Doha. Previous experience supervising or leading a sales or leasing team. Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills. Ability to manage targets, motivate a team, and work in a fast-paced environment. Good knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is preferred. Valid Qatar driving licence is an advantage.
