Spa Attendant

This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the spa facilities, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring a relaxing and luxurious spa experience. This role plays a key part in upholding the spa s high standards of hygiene and service.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the spa facilities, including treatment rooms, lounges, and changing areas, are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
• Greet and assist guests, providing towels, robes, and other amenities as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Replenish supplies such as towels, linens, and toiletries.
• Maintain the spa s ambiance by monitoring lighting, music, and overall presentation.
• Assist therapists and other spa team as required.
• Handle guest requests and ensure prompt service.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a spa attendant or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of spa services and facilities.
