About the role:Are you passionate about vendor management, service quality, and stakeholder engagement? We're looking for an experienced professional to help drive the success of a large-scale e-invoicing ecosystem by collaborating with external service providers, ensuring service excellence, and supporting regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:Manage relationships with e-invoicing service providers and market vendors. Monitor vendor performance and service quality against agreed SLAs. Coordinate with internal business and IT teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement. Support vendor onboarding, awareness sessions, and standards alignment. Prepare service quality reports, performance dashboards, and management updates. Act as the primary liaison for vendor inquiries and escalations.
We're looking for professionals with:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.9+ years of experience in vendor management, service quality, stakeholder engagement, or operational oversight. Experience working in government, public sector, or other regulated environments. Strong analytical, communication, reporting, and coordination skills. Experience with dashboards, performance monitoring, and vendor governance.
