Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Follow up with potential customers and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to convert opportunities into sales. Adhere to quality standards, call scripts, and company policies. Maintain high productivity levels and consistently deliver an excellent customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing. Requirements Fresh graduates and freshers with exceptional communication, negotiation, and convincing skills are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer handling abilities. Target-driven with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment. Basic computer skills; experience using CRM systems is an advantage. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
