About the Role
High-performance opportunity for closers ready to dominate the Qatar property market.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced real estate professionals who can convert leads into deals consistently.

Responsibilities
Consistently achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Deeply understand the prospective client requirements and recommend suitable solutions for property purchase & Investment.
Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to conclude successful transactions.
Coordinate with Banks, financial institutions and administrative teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, investors, and strategic partners.
Monitor real estate market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to provide informed advice.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline through CRM systems.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years real estate sales experience.
Valid Qatar ID + Qatar driving license.
Strong understanding of Qatar/Middle East property market.
Proven ability to close deals successfully

Required Skills
This role is NOT for beginners, and the incumbent must have all skills required to perform the above tasks and a proven track record to prove it.
