Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily workshop activities involving welders, fabricators, machinists, and valve technicians.

  2. Plan and coordinate preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.

  3. Lead PRV/PSV overhaul, testing, calibration, certification, and valve repair activities.

  4. Coordinate hydro, pneumatic, and pressure testing of valves and static equipment.

  5. Support plant shutdowns (SD) and turnarounds (TA) with workshop maintenance activities.

  6. Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, PTW, toolbox talks, JSA, and QA/QC requirements.

  7. Manage workshop resources, contractors, tools, and spare parts to ensure efficient execution.

  8. Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and isometric drawings for maintenance activities.

  9. Utilize SAP PM/CMMS for work order execution and maintenance reporting.

  10. Drive equipment reliability through effective maintenance planning and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. achelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

  2. 5–7+ years of experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, LNG, or Oil & Gas processing plants.

  3. Proven experience as a Workshop Supervisor or Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor.

  4. Strong hands-on experience with PRV/PSV overhaul, valve repair, testing, calibration, and certification.

  5. Experience in static equipment, piping maintenance, welding & fabrication, and machining.

  6. Good knowledge of hydro testing, pneumatic testing, pressure testing, and P&ID interpretation.

  7. Experience leading multidisciplinary workshop teams, including welders, fabricators, machinists, and valve technicians.

  8. Familiarity with SAP PM or other CMMS systems.

  9. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and HSE awareness.

  10. Experience supporting shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities is highly preferred.
