We are seeking a dedicated Residential Relationship Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service, strengthen resident relationships, and support residential community operations. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in residential property management, hospitality, or customer relations
Experience supporting residents and managing customer enquiries
Knowledge of residential leasing processes and community operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Experience delivering high-quality resident support and relationship management
Ability to coordinate move-in, move-out, and tenancy-related activities
Effective complaint resolution and customer service capability
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
Capable of collaborating with maintenance and operational teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High attention to detail and service excellence
