Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead the successful execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality excellence, and operational efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction projects, particularly commercial buildings, warehouse facilities, and data centers

• Proven experience managing end-to-end MEP project execution

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting Systems

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution

• GCC/Qatar experience is highly preferred

  
  

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Expertise in managing day-to-day MEP construction activities from initiation through project completion

• Capable of coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams

• Adept at monitoring project schedules, costs, and resource utilization to ensure on-time delivery

• Proficiency in quality assurance, technical compliance, and engineering best practices

• Experience resolving technical challenges and site-related issues while minimizing project risks

• Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities

• Commitment to maintaining productivity, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance
