Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic Banking Sales Executive – Merchant Services to acquire new merchant partners, promote payment solutions, and build long-term client relationships while driving business growth and revenue objectives. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in merchant acquisition, banking sales, payment solutions, or financial services
Proven experience in acquiring merchants and promoting POS terminals, payment gateway, or digital payment solutions
Strong understanding of merchant services, acquiring business, and payment industry practices
Experience achieving sales targets and managing customer portfolios
Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Expertise in identifying and acquiring new merchant accounts across various business sectors
Capable of promoting POS, payment acceptance, and digital banking solutions based on customer needs
Adept at developing strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service
Experience negotiating commercial terms and preparing sales proposals and agreements
Proficiency in managing sales pipelines, merchant onboarding, and CRM updates
Effective planning, presentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach to achieving business objectives
