Roles & Responsibilities

• Leading the project.

• Supervising the project implementation according to the set timeline.

• Managing challenges and risks to ensure the project’s success.

• Providing monthly reports to the Director of Planning, Quality, and Innovation Management and to the Project Manager.

• Ensuring the completion of tasks for the three work packages mentioned in the scope of this document according to the set timeline.

• Ensuring compliance with the national data policy and standards.

• Collaborating with technical teams and relevant departments within the ministry to ensure integrated data management and activation of the (Data Management and Governance) platform.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.

• CDPM is a Must

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a relevant industry.

• Experience in managing budgets exceeding $1 million, demonstrating financial acumen and resource management skills.
