Roles & Responsibilities
General Foreman
Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure smooth operations
Lead and manage teams of skilled and unskilled workers effectively
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors for timely execution
Monitor progress, report delays, and implement corrective actions
Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and attendance
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial projects
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and team management capabilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and construction regulations is preferred
