JOB LOCATION : MALAYSIA

Candidate Requirements

• Nationality: Nepalese (Male)

• Age: 30 – 35 years old

• Education: Diploma or higher qualification

• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Good computer literacy and ability to prepare reports and analyze operational data

• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

• Experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.

• Must have previous overseas working experience.

• Candidates with working experience in Dubai (UAE), United Kingdom, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, or other developed countries will be given priority.

• Experience in Food & Beverage (F&B), restaurant operations, kitchen operations, hospitality, or customer service industries will be an added advantage.

• Candidates from other industries with strong supervisory and leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
