Roles & Responsibilities
A leading construction company in the UAE, currently seeking a highly experienced construction manager to oversee our upcoming high-rise building developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree is a plus)
Minimum 15 years of experience, with a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects
Strong expertise in jumping floor systems, construction methods, and project execution
Capable of leading project planning, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery
Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and local authority regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Prior UAE or GCC experience in a similar role is highly preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
