Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee retail and commercial property operations, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance across the property portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field

  • 8–10 years of experience in retail, commercial property, or facilities operations

  • Proven experience managing operational budgets, service providers, and property performance

  • Strong understanding of lease administration, tenant management, and property regulations

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Expertise in managing day-to-day retail and commercial property operations

  • Experience overseeing budgets, operational costs, and service delivery performance

  • Capable of leading vendor management, maintenance coordination, and facility improvements

  • Adept at resolving tenant concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction

  • Effective planning, reporting, and operational performance monitoring

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities

  • Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
