We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee retail and commercial property operations, ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance across the property portfolio. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
8–10 years of experience in retail, commercial property, or facilities operations
Proven experience managing operational budgets, service providers, and property performance
Strong understanding of lease administration, tenant management, and property regulations
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Expertise in managing day-to-day retail and commercial property operations
Experience overseeing budgets, operational costs, and service delivery performance
Capable of leading vendor management, maintenance coordination, and facility improvements
Adept at resolving tenant concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Effective planning, reporting, and operational performance monitoring
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
