We are looking for a Multimedia / ELV Administration & Event Support Executive (L1) to support the operation, maintenance, and administration of audio-visual (AV), multimedia, and ELV systems across. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of multimedia infrastructure for daily operations and large-scale events while delivering exceptional technical support and maintaining high service availability. This role requires hands-on experience with AV systems, IPTV, Digital Signage, Physical Security systems, Public Address systems, and event support. Key Responsibilities AV & Multimedia Administration Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot multimedia and AV systems. Support televisions, projectors, LED displays, monitors, IPTV STBs, Digital Signage players, speakers, microphones, recording equipment, and presentation systems. Configure and support IP cameras, IPTV, Digital Signage, Public Address, teleconferencing, and multimedia solutions. Perform preventive maintenance and health checks to maximize system availability. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely resolutions. Maintain service documentation, equipment inventory, repair logs, and spare parts records. Assist in planning future multimedia and AV infrastructure requirements. Support procurement activities by evaluating AV equipment and technologies. Event Support Coordinate end-to-end AV and multimedia setup for events. Install, test, configure, and dismantle temporary event infrastructure. Provide on-site technical support during live events. Ensure all multimedia systems are fully operational before event commencement. Coordinate with internal teams and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) vendors. Deliver rapid troubleshooting during live productions to minimize service interruptions. Operations & Support Respond to service requests related to multimedia systems. Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Support regular preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance activities. Maintain operational readiness of multimedia infrastructure. Assist end users with technical guidance and system operation. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Electronics, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in AV System Installation, Configuration, and Support (or equivalent practical experience). Professional certifications in AV Systems Installation and Configuration. Training or certifications in:Physical Security Systems IPTVDigital Signage Public Address Systems Certifications in Extron, Crestron, or AMX Control Systems are highly desirable.
