Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field teams
- Monitor daily fleet operations, scheduling, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
- Prepare reports and maintain performance records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics or fleet operations with driving experience
- Proven team management experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in reporting and computer applications
