Roles & Responsibilities

  • Received enquiry or tender from customer and tender team respectively.

  • Conduct joint review of customer enquiry or tender requirements.

  • Review and/or prepare competitive proposal and estimation based on the requirement of the customer enquiry or tender.

  • Able to identify risk associated with the particular enquiry or tender.

  • Coordinate to Tender Team and prepare technical/commercial documents as required in the tender in a timely manner.

  • Conduct contract review to analyze contract terms and ensure alignment of the submitted proposal and estimates during enquiry and tender stage.

  • Conduct site visit during customer enquiry or tender stage as required.

  • Act as focal person for any customer communication and ensure that any changes in the requirement are coordinated to responsible section.

  • Able to identify any variation in the contract during work execution and prepare necessary variation order request to customer.

  • Ensure that all works or services as per contract is completed and invoiced to customer.

  • Reports to Operations Manager

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Courses.

  • Min. 15 years’ experience in related field with 5 years in managerial position.

  • Maximum of 50 years of age

  • Strong knowledge and background in structural fabrication work is preferred.

  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a must

  • Knowledge in tender and contract review

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office i.e. excel, word, etc.
