Roles & Responsibilities
Received enquiry or tender from customer and tender team respectively.
Conduct joint review of customer enquiry or tender requirements.
Review and/or prepare competitive proposal and estimation based on the requirement of the customer enquiry or tender.
Able to identify risk associated with the particular enquiry or tender.
Coordinate to Tender Team and prepare technical/commercial documents as required in the tender in a timely manner.
Conduct contract review to analyze contract terms and ensure alignment of the submitted proposal and estimates during enquiry and tender stage.
Conduct site visit during customer enquiry or tender stage as required.
Act as focal person for any customer communication and ensure that any changes in the requirement are coordinated to responsible section.
Able to identify any variation in the contract during work execution and prepare necessary variation order request to customer.
Ensure that all works or services as per contract is completed and invoiced to customer.
Reports to Operations Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Courses.
Min. 15 years’ experience in related field with 5 years in managerial position.
Maximum of 50 years of age
Strong knowledge and background in structural fabrication work is preferred.
Experience in Oil & Gas industry is a must
Knowledge in tender and contract review
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office i.e. excel, word, etc.
