A leading Construction Project is hiring for Lifting Supervisor
Qualification:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Valid Lifting Supervisor Certification (e.g., LEEA / Third Party Approved) Strong knowledge of lifting operations, rigging practices, and crane safety Familiarity with load charts, lifting plans, and risk assessments Good understanding of HSE regulations and safe lifting procedures Minimum 5 Years in Oil & Gas Industry
Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities on site Ensure all lifting operations are conducted according to approved lifting plans Verify crane certifications, lifting equipment, and operator competency Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift meetings Ensure compliance with safety standards and HSE regulations Inspect lifting gear and ensure proper usage and maintenance Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site teams Stop unsafe lifting activities and implement corrective actions Maintain records of lifting operations and inspections
