About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement activities and support the delivery of strategic sourcing initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring value for money, operational efficiency, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full procurement life cycle including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and contract award processes. Ensure procurement activities align with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, commercial terms, and service levels Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and maintain competitive sourcing strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure long-term value and reliability. Monitor procurement timelines and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Analyze procurement data and spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies. Support departments in developing and executing annual procurement plans aligned with business needs. Prepare procurement reports, briefs, and performance updates for management Ensure proper documentation, audit compliance, and record management throughout the procurement cycle.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement or sourcing roles. Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering, and contract management. Experience in supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and vendor management Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or similar) is an advantage.
