Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues in vehicles, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint faults accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations, ensuring vehicles operate at peak performance and adhere to safety standards.
- Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics to troubleshoot and resolve intricate automotive problems with precision.
- Inspect and repair or replace faulty electrical components such as starters, alternators, wiring harnesses, and lighting systems, restoring vehicle functionality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational or technical degree in automotive technology or a related field is highly desirable.
- Holds a valid Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, specifically in electrical and mechanical systems, demonstrating industry expertise.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a car mechanic and electrician, showcasing a proven track record of successful repairs.
- Demonstrates proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models, including both gasoline and electric vehicles.
