Supervise daily warehouse and material management activities.
Manage receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement details.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of materials.
Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate material replenishment.
Ensure compliance with military facility procedures and security rules.
Maintain warehouse documentation, reports, and audit records.
Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily work activities.
Ensure safe storage, housekeeping, and HSE compliance.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, maintenance, and operations teams.
Identify material discrepancies and take corrective actions.
Prepare inventory reports and material status updates.
Ensure timely availability of materials for operational requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse/material management.
Minimum 2 years of experience working in a military facility.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, or related field.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, and warehouse operations.
Experience in ERP or warehouse management systems.
Good knowledge of safety, documentation, and audit requirements.
Strong supervisory and coordination skills.
Ability to manage controlled, sensitive, or high-value materials.
Good communication and reporting skills.
