Job Description: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant (Tax + e-Invoicing)
Position: Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant – Tax & e-Invoicing
Experience: 6 to 8 years
Location: onsite and Remote (working with Doha, Saudi Arabia, and UAE clients)
Employment Type: Contract 6 months
About The Role
We need an Oracle Fusion expert who knows Tax and e-Invoicing for Saudi Arabia (ZATCA) and UAE (FTA). You will work remotely with our Doha-based team to configure, implement, and support tax compliance and e-invoicing solutions that meet Middle East regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Oracle Fusion Tax modules (Sales Tax, Fixed Assets Tax, Procurement Tax, International Tax)
Implement Saudi ZATCA Phase 2 e-Invoicing (XML generation, QR codes, cryptographic stamps, real-time reporting)
Implement UAE FTA e-Invoicing compliant with FTA technical standards
Design end-to-end tax and e-invoicing solutions from requirement gathering to deployment
Collaborate with finance and compliance teams across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and UAE
Migrate and validate tax data using FDI or HFX
Create documentation for configurations, user training, and compliance audits
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements
Required Qualifications
6–8 years as an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Tax
Proven experience implementing Saudi ZATCA e-Invoicing (Phase 2)
Proven experience implementing UAE FTA e-Invoicing
Deep knowledge of Qatar VAT, Saudi VAT, and UAE VAT regulations
Expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, Payables, Receivables, Procurement)
Experience with data migration tools (FDI, HFX)
Strong remote communication skills for cross-border collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field
Preferred Skills
Oracle Fusion Financials or Tax certification
Experience with Doha, Saudi, or UAE clients
Knowledge of Oracle Apex for custom tax/e-invoicing extensions
Public speaking or training experience (for client sessions)
