Daily Tasks Monitor the operation of electrical systems and fittings (lighting, switches, sockets). Check water pressure and ensure proper functioning of pumps and tanks. Handle minor repairs immediately (switch replacement, water leakage, minor clogs). Inspect air conditioning units and ensure filters are clean and operating efficiently. Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from villa residents.⸻Weekly Tasks Perform routine inspection of all electrical connections and circuit breaker panels. Clean and maintain the plumbing and drainage system to avoid blockages. Check kitchen and bathroom equipment, including maintenance of water heaters. Inspect outdoor lighting and garden electrical systems (sockets, bulbs, cables). Ensure proper functioning of water pumping systems and address any flow issues. Job Type: Full-time
