Role Purpose:
To create high-quality visual and video content that supports the company’s marketing campaigns, social media presence, property promotion, and overall brand image.
Key Responsibilities:Plan, shoot, and produce engaging photo and video content for:Properties Corporate branding Social media campaigns Promotional and commercial use Create short-form and long-form video content for platforms such as:Instagram Tik Tok Snapchat Facebook Linked InYou Tube (if required) Handle on-site property shoots, lifestyle shoots, team coverage, and event coverage Edit videos professionally for marketing and social media usage Produce reels, walkthroughs, promotional clips, and branded content Ensure content aligns with the company’s visual identity and quality standards Work closely with the marketing team to execute content calendars and campaigns Suggest creative concepts, visual angles, and storytelling ideas Maintain proper organization of content files and media assets Support urgent content requirements when needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, videography, and video editing Strong hands-on experience in:Video shooting Photography Editing Social media content production Proficiency in relevant tools/software such as:Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects Cap Cut Photoshop / Lightroom or equivalent Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends Ability to create content suitable for both brand image and performance campaigns Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content is highly preferred Strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and attention to detail Arabic and English communication skills required
