Roles & Responsibilities
Luxury Client Acquisition & Boutique Revenue Generation
Own and manage your boutique client book as a strategic brand asset, prioritizing high-intent collectors to maximize luxury sales conversions.
Actively engage, pitch, and close high-value luxury sales deals with local and regional boutique guests.
Prepare and present exquisite boutique product showcases, storytelling presentations, and premium curation selections.
Maintain an uncompromising standard of high-end service to ensure long-term client retention and repeat boutique visits.
Bilingual Regional Consultative Luxury Selling
Conduct high-impact luxury sales consultations, private viewings, and brand storytelling fluidly in both polished Arabic and English.
Act as a key cultural and linguistic bridge for discerning luxury clients across the GCC, North Africa, and Levant regions.
Translate complex customer tastes and stylistic requirements into tailored, bespoke luxury product solutions.
Remote Sales, Clientele & Showroom Execution
Drive remote sales outreach, using digital channels (such as curated messaging and private look books) to follow up with clients outside standard boutique hours.
Maintain pristine client records, tracking milestones, sizing preferences, and private jewelry/luxury histories to execute personal clientele.
Identify opportunities to enhance the client journey on the showroom floor, suggesting process improvements to boutique leadership.
Client Relationship Management & Care
Track client satisfaction metrics and handle post-sale follow-ups and after-sales service adjustments rigorously.
Coordinate boutique operations and master artisan/delivery teams to ensure bespoke client promises are perfectly met.
Turn one-time luxury buyers into long-term, high-value personal client portfolios.
Local Luxury Events & Boutique Integration
Represent the brand at high-level regional luxury exhibitions, local showroom pop-ups, and exclusive previews in Doha.
Stay highly informed on competitive luxury movements and emerging high-end retail design trends within Qatar.
Align boutique floor activities with broader luxury marketing campaigns and exclusive collection launches.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Experience
3-5 years of experience within high-end / luxury retail sales, high-end boutique environments, or premium client relations (strictly not corporate/mass retail).
Prior experience or exposure to high-end retail, fine jewelry, or luxury timepieces is highly preferred and a major plus.
Demonstrated experience or strong aptitude for remote sales development and digital clientele is preferred.
Local experience within the Doha / Qatar market is not mandatory but is a distinct plus.
Communication & Language Skills
Bilingual Fluency: Native or professional business-level fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
Outstanding negotiation, active listening, storytelling, and luxury relationship-building capabilities.
Strong command of premium presentation tools and mobile-based customer communication platforms for remote outreach.
Core Competencies
High level of ownership, self-motivation, and a target-driven retail mindset.
Strong strategic thinking and consultative problem-solving.
High attention to detail, immaculate presentability, and pristine professional grooming/etiquette.
Proactive mindset (actively creates client engagement opportunities versus solely waiting for walk-ins).
What Differentiates This Role
You will manage accounts strategically, not just process transactions.
You will build data-backed client systems, not just close single deals.
High visibility and direct impact on the company's regional growth footprint.
