Job Description

Sales and account management: Develop and maintain a strong customer base, which includes managing existing client relationships and acquiring new business through site visits, networking, and lead generation from sources like online construction services and customer referrals.

Customer and project support: Act as a liaison between the client and the company, understanding project needs, providing technical support, offering product knowledge, and ensuring quality and service expectations are met.

Quoting and negotiation: Prepare price quotes for customers and negotiate sales terms and service agreements.

Logistics and coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of concrete, coordinate schedules, and monitor projects from start to finish.

Market intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry news that could influence sales and pricing.

Reporting: Track sales performance, report on jobs awarded or lost, and maintain market share information.

Safety and compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while ensuring customer and regulatory compliance.

Required skills and qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Knowledge of the construction industry and ready-mix concrete products and applications.

Experience in sales, preferably in construction materials, in the Local Market. 

Proactive and adaptable to a constantly changing environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
