Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced Instrument Technicians with hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, calibration, inspection, testing, installation, and preventive maintenance of instrumentation systems used in large-scale process industries. Candidates with experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, oil & gas, or power plants will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, inspect, calibrate, test, and maintain field instrumentation. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of transmitters, switches, analyzers, vibration monitoring systems, and control valves. Install, remove, configure, and adjust instrumentation equipment as required. Support leak detection systems, gas analyzers, and plant monitoring equipment. Diagnose instrumentation faults and implement corrective actions. Maintain records and update activities in CMMS. Follow permit-to-work systems, safety procedures, and HSEQ requirements. Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained after completion of work Salary: 90000 INR Per Month

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma / ITI in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, chemical, oil & gas, power, or process plants. Hands-on experience with calibration tools, test equipment, and field instrumentation. Knowledge of CMMS, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with DCS/SCADA systems and industrial safety standards. Good communication and report-writing skills in English. Strong understanding of PPE, work permit systems, and HSEQ practices.
