Roles & Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional front office service, including warm welcomes, check-ins, and check-outs. Anticipate guest needs, handle cash transactions, and maintain Pullman service standards. Monitor room status, manage guest complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate guest profiles and follow VIP protocols. Adhere to local government requirements and Pullman guidelines for guest management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Thriving in fast-paced environments and love creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Previous experience in hospitality is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy with Opera or similar systems
  • Guest-oriented, approachable, and genuinely service-minded
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are great asset
  • Sales-driven mindset
