Promote the company’s scaffolding services to contractors, construction companies, and industrial clients
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
Prepare quotations and commercial proposals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Achieve sales targets and support the company’s expansion plans



Requirements

Experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the scaffolding, construction, or contracting sector
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
A valid driving licence is mandatory
Candidates currently in Qatar and available for immediate joining will have an advantage

Skills: Engineer Certified
Proven experience with Oracle ERP systems in a construction or project management environment
Strong organizational and documentation management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Proficiency in project lifecycle administration and process optimization
