Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven DTC Insurance Agent to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales target

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:Promote and sell insurance product (life insurance) directly to customers. Generate leads through calls, referrals, digital platforms, and walk-ins. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Conduct needs analysis and recommend suitable insurance solutions. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Provide professional advice on policy selection, coverage, and benefits. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Policy Management:Assist clients with policy documentation, applications, and renewals. Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company policies. Follow up on pending cases and ensure timely policy issuance. Compliance & Reporting:Adhere to regulatory and compliance standards in all sales activities. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions. Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Qualification and Experience Requiremets
Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales (mandatory). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong knowledge of insurance products and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
