Sr. Construction Manager - Revamp - Middle East

In this role, you are responsible for leading all site construction activities within an urgent refinery revamp project in the Middle East. You will be actively involved throughout both the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring safe, efficient and timely execution of all works. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors across several technical disciplines while safeguarding progress, quality, and HSE performance. This position requires strong leadership, decisiveness, and the ability to deliver under high-pressure conditions.
Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all construction activities across Static Equipment, Piping, Structural, and Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) disciplines Ensure compliance with HSE standards, quality requirements, planning, and site execution targets Coordinate contractors, supervisors, and discipline leads while resolving operational and technical issues on site Support mechanical completion activities, punch list close-out, and system handovers to commissioning Facilitate pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities, ensuring smooth transition from construction to operations
Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience as a Construction Manager within refinery, petrochemical, or oil & gas projects Proven experience in brownfield projects, shutdowns, turnarounds, and revamp execution Experience managing multidisciplinary construction scopes and projects covering both construction and commissioning phases Experience with the revamp, repair, or replacement of Reformers and/or Fired Heaters is a strong advantage; strong command of the English language is required.
