Responsibilities

• Supervision: Lead scaffolding crews in the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
  

  
  

• Planning: Organize daily scaffolding tasks, allocate manpower, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
  

  
  

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure scaffolding activities comply with CISRS standards, project specifications, and offshore safety requirements.
  

  
  

• Inspection Support: Coordinate with scaffolding inspectors to verify scaffold safety and rectify deficiencies.
  

  
  

• Documentation: Maintain records of scaffolding activities, inspection reports, and safety permits.
  

  
  

• Safety Enforcement: Enforce offshore HSE standards, PPE usage, and permit-to-work systems during scaffolding operations.
  

  
  

• Diploma/Certificate in Construction/Engineering or equivalent.
  

  
  

• Minimum 5–7 years of offshore scaffolding experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, load calculations, and offshore safety standards.
  

  
  

• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and project specifications.
  

  
  

• Familiarity with CISRS, ISO, and NOC standards.
  

  
  

• CISRS-OSTS Scaffolding Supervisor Certification
  

  
  

• BOSIET / HUET (OPITO certified)
  

  
  

• Basic H2S Training
