Roles & Responsibilities

Exp-10 + years Client QNB Location Qatar Notice - 15 to 30 days joiners Max (preferred immediate Joiners) Must have skills - Requirement 1 - Required IT Project Manager with extensive banking experience, especially in Asset & Wealth Management (Products handled: Avaloq - Front Office , Finastra TCM - Middle Office , Temenos - Back Office). Requirement 2 - IT PM with extensive experience in Custody - TCS Bancs, Securities, Lending & Borrowing - FIS JD Minimum of 10+ years' experience as PM in a bank. Expertise in project implementation/full project life-cycle Implemented projects/ Programs on Asset & Wealth Management / Private Banking sector Well-versed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology Solid experience and knowledge of process mapping/process re-engineering on Asset & Wealth Management Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis Change Management Methodology proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies Operational or change experience in the asset management industry Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Change Management Implementation - Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution Strong academic record coupled to good problem-solving skills and analytical mind-set Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills - the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately English/Arabic speaker

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 10+ years' experience as PM in a bank.

Expertise in project implementation/full project life-cycle

Implemented projects/ Programs on Asset & Wealth Management / Private Banking sector

Well-versed on Waterfall and Agile project implementation methodology

Solid experience and knowledge of process mapping/process re-engineering on Asset & Wealth Management

Proven ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis

Change Management Methodology proven delivery experience working in a project environment with different methodologies

Operational or change experience in the asset management industry

Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Change Management Implementation - Being involved in projects from Business Case creation through to User Acceptance Testing co-ordination, test planning and execution
