Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow from material procurement to finished product delivery.
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits and training to maintain a zero-accident environment.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment, optimizing stock levels to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of carpenters and apprentices, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a vocational degree or certification in Carpentry or a related trade field.
Has a minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in carpentry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of wood types, joinery techniques, and finishing processes.
Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
