We are seeking a high-caliber Investment Reporting & Treasury Associate to support a global family office managing a diversified portfolio across private markets, public markets, structured products, and multiple jurisdictions. This role owns the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of investment reporting and acts as the primary interface with banks, asset managers, funds, and advisors globally. This is not a passive reporting role. The successful candidate will function as a hybrid of: • Investment Reporting Specialist • Portfolio Monitoring Analyst • Treasury Visibility Coordinator You will operate independently, maintain high reporting discipline, and ensure that internal records remain aligned with both reported data and market reality. Investment Reporting & Portfolio Tracking • Maintain consolidated reporting across all asset classes and entities Private Investments ? VC, PE, co-investments: capital calls, distributions, NAV updates Public Markets ? Positions, valuations, income tracking Structured Products ? Coupon schedules, lifecycle events, maturity tracking • Track and update performance metrics: IRR, MOIC, DPI, and TVPI • Maintain internal dashboards and reporting packs for the principal • Flag discrepancies, stale data, and missing updates proactively Valuation Integrity & Secondary Market Awareness (Core Requirement) • Maintain accurate and current reference valuations for private investments • Track: Latest funding rounds, Market reference points, and Secondary market activity • Apply understanding of: ? Discounts to NAV ? Liquidity-driven vs fundamental pricing ? Market sentiment vs reported valuations • Cross-check fund-reported NAV against observable secondary transactions • Flag misalignment between internal valuations and market evidence Note: Ensure internal records are never materially out of step with market reality Bank, Fund & Asset Manager Coordination • Act as primary point of contact for all external counterparties Includes: ? Private banks — statements, FX reporting, structured product updates ? Asset managers and GPs — capital account statements, quarterly reports • Ensure timely receipt of all reporting • Proactively follow up on delays, inconsistencies, or missing data • Maintain a counterparty-level reporting tracker Treasury Monitoring (Visibility, Non-Execution) • Maintain real-time visibility over liquidity across all entities • Track: Capital calls and funding timeline, and scheduled payments and liquidity requirements • Maintain rolling: 30-days, 60-days, and 90-days cash flow visibility • Coordinate with Finance Operations for execution readiness India Coordination & Compliance Ownership • Act as primary owner of all India-related reporting, coordination, and tracking o Advisor Coordination ? Interface with Indian CAs, legal advisors, and service providers ? Drive communication and ensure closure of all open items o Compliance & Filing Tracking ? Maintain centralized tracker of: Filings, Deadlines, and Documentation requirements, and ensure all filings are complete, timely, and consistent o Capital Flow Tracking ? Track investments, distributions, exits, and repatriation timelines ? Coordinate cross-border flows with banks and advisors Documentation & Data Integrity ? Maintain structured records across: Investments, Capital flows, and Filings. • Reconcile discrepancies between internal records and advisor data Reporting Discipline & Ownership • Ensure all reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on time • Maintain structured calendars for reporting cycles and deadlines • Identify gaps proactively and escalate early with context • Own deliverables end-to-end — not reactive follow-up

Education • Degree in: Finance Economics, Business, Accounting, or any related field. Experience • Minimum 4+ years in: Investment reporting, Portfolio monitoring, and Family office / fund / asset management • Experience handling: Multi-asset portfolios, and Multi-jurisdictional reporting • India Experience (Strong Preference) Technical Skills • Advanced proficiency in: Excel / Google Sheets (portfolio tracking & analysis) • Experience with: Investment reporting tools / dashboards, and Financial statement interpretation Financial Product Knowledge • Working knowledge of: ? Fund structures and capital commitments ? Drawdown and distribution mechanics ? Public vs private market instruments • Ability to: ? Interpret capital account statements ? Analyze NAV reports and fee disclosures ? Track structured product cashflows and lifecycle events Secondary Market Awareness (Non-Negotiable) • Familiarity with: ? VC / PE secondary markets ? Discount-to-NAV dynamics ? Liquidity-driven pricing • Ability to: ? Interpret secondary pricing trends ? Apply market data to valuation references This will be assessed.
