We are hiring experienced Waiter / Waitress for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

. Welcome guests and assist them with seating arrangements

. Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions

. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar teams

. Serve food and beverages according to restaurant service standards

. Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to customer needs promptly

. Handle guest complaints professionally and inform supervisors when required

. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining tables and service stations

. Clear and reset tables efficiently for the next guests

. Process bills and handle payments accurately when required

. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

. Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards at all times

. Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties

. High school diploma or equivalent preferred

. 1-3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality industry preferred

. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage

. Ability to stand and walk for extended hours
