AMCONE ENGINEERING is looking for PTW Holder (English & Chinese)
Key Points• Fluent in both English and Chinese (must possess)• HSK 4 or above• Physically fit for the rotation work arrangement on board
Job Description / Responsibility Job Location: Offshore Platform, Qatar Work Rotation: 60 days offshore / 7 days onshore
Responsibilities:Act as Permit to Work (PTW) Holder ensuring full compliance with HSE and operational procedures Supervise offshore worksite activities and coordinate daily operations Ensure safe execution of maintenance, modification, and construction works Interface with operations, safety, and project teams to maintain workflow efficiency Monitor workforce performance under demanding offshore conditions Ensure strict adherence to company and client safety standards
Educational Requirements Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) Skills Required: Chinese HSK4 Level
Experience Requirements At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements Capable of working efficiently under heavy workload and high pressure conditions Able to adapt to working conditions and schedules on board Excellent coordination and communication skills
