Minimum 15 years exp. In multidisciplinary organization in Middle East; proficient in preparing BOQs, interim claims evaluation and final account.
Experienced within the utilities sector with processing payments, costing, expense report and payment trackers.
Must be able to understand and manage investment process
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Quantity Surveying or relevant subject; obtained from North America, West Europe, and Australia.
- Holder of accreditation from recognized institute / RICS or similar.
- Professional Certification is relevant field shall be preferred.
