Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk – Business & Client Relations Executive, where you will be the welcoming face of our firm and play a pivotal role in maintaining strong client relationships and efficient business operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading auditing and consulting firm in Qatar by delivering exceptional service and support. Responsibilities: - Manage the front desk by greeting clients, visitors, and partners with professionalism and warmth. - Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and effectively. - Coordinate appointment schedules and meetings for senior executives and consultants. - Assist in maintaining client records and ensuring data confidentiality. - Support business development activities by coordinating marketing materials and client communications. - Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments. - Manage office administrative tasks to ensure an organized and efficient work environ

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. - Proven experience in a front desk, client relations, or administrative role within consulting or professional services environment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues. - Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using business communication tools. - Professional demeanor with a client-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
