· Design, configure, and implement MPLS Layer 2/3 VPNs, traffic engineering, and QoS policies.
· Deploy and support Cisco IOS-XR/IOS-XE platforms (ASR, NCS, CRS, or equivalent).
· Troubleshoot complex MPLS and IP transport issues, providing escalation-level support.
· Lead network migration, integration, and optimization projects.
· Work closely with customers and Cisco teams to deliver high-performance, resilient MPLS solutions.
· Develop technical documentation, HLD/LLD designs, and operational procedures.
· Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in MPLS/IP projects.



Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 10+ years of experience in service provider or enterprise networks with focus on MPLS technologies.
· In-depth knowledge of:
o MPLS L2VPN/L3VPN, TE, RSVP, Segment Routing, EVPN
o Advanced routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, EIGRP)
o QoS, multicast, and high availability features
· Hands-on expertise with Cisco ASR, NCS, and ISR platforms.
· Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE Service Provider or Routing & Switching) strongly preferred.
· Strong problem-solving, design, and customer engagement skills.
