A leading Construction Project is hiring for HSE Officer
Qualification:Any Graduation needed5 years minimum in construction
Responsibilities:Implement and enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures on site Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and conditions Ensure compliance with approved method statements, risk assessments, and permit systems Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions for site personnel Monitor use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices Report, record, and investigate incidents, near misses, and accidents Maintain HSE documentation, registers, and records as per project requirements Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to improve safety performance Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections Promote a strong safety culture across the project site
