A leading automotive player in Qatar is seeking a Strategic Marketing Leader to manage a premium portfolio (including Ford and Lincoln). This role focuses on driving brand excellence, managing multi-channel campaigns, and spearheading digital transformation to maintain market dominance. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Branding: Develop annual B2B/B2C marketing plans and ensure global brand standards (Ford/Lincoln) are met across all touchpoints. Digital & CRM: Lead the digital ecosystem (SEO, paid media, social) and utilize CRM data to boost lead generation and customer retention. Campaigns & Events: Execute high-impact product launches, showroom activations, and integrated advertising campaigns with a focus on ROI. Commercial Support: Partner with Sales and After-Sales teams to create tools that drive conversions and long-term loyalty. Analytics: Provide senior leadership with performance reports, competitive intelligence, and market trend analysis. Candidate Requirements Criteria Requirement Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business (Mandatory) Experience10+ years total in marketing; 5+ years in management Industry Automotive experience is highly preferred Languages Fluent Arabic & English (Required) Technical Google Analytics, CRM systems, and Budget Management Location Currently based inside Qatar or the GCC
